The partners will build on the showcase of training offer of Native Language Teachers and on the constructive mapping that will help them identify trends and developments in education, society and technology and propose a new model for the training of teachers of native languages in the context of the changing dynamics in their classrooms.
The new model will give special attention to the needs of different learners in the multilingual native language classroom.
This process will build more inclusive classrooms and education in general by increasing fairness in access and the participation and completion rates of immigrant students and it will help Higher Education systems be better connected to their respective communities.
