The partners built on the showcase of training offer of Native Language Teachers and on the constructive mapping that helped identify trends and developments in education, society and technology and proposed a new model for the training of teachers of native languages in the context of the changing dynamics in their classrooms.
The new model gives special attention to the needs of different learners in the multilingual native language classroom.
This MATT Book and the training model proposed provides for more inclusive classrooms and education in general by increasing fairness in access and the participation and completion rates of immigrant students and it will help Higher Education systems be better connected to their respective communities.
